1. Overview
This policy explains what personal data Vuesax ("we", "us") collects when you use the site and the PRO service, and how it is used. The short version: we store the minimum needed to run your account, payments live in Stripe, and we do not run third-party ad or analytics trackers.
2. What we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Google or GitHub we store your email address, display name and profile picture, plus a user ID. We never receive your password from either provider.
- Purchase state. Which PRO plan you bought and whether it is active, so we can unlock your access.
- MCP key. The personal key that authenticates your IDE against our MCP server.
- Support messages. Feedback or tickets you send us through the site or by email.
3. Payments
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Your card number, billing address and invoicing details are collected by Stripe on their checkout pages and stored on their servers, never on ours. We only receive a confirmation of the purchase and a customer reference. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for how they handle your data.
4. What we do not do
- No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
- No selling or renting of personal data to anyone.
- No storing of card or bank details on our infrastructure.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and local storage for interface preferences (such as light/dark theme). These are strictly functional — no tracking cookies.
6. Data retention and your rights
Account data is kept while your account exists. You can request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@vuesax.com; we will action deletion requests within 30 days, except for records we must keep for tax or accounting reasons (held by Stripe).
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will announce it on the site or by email. The date at the top always reflects the latest revision.
