All sales are final
Vuesax PRO is digital content delivered immediately: the moment your payment clears, the full source of every component, section and animation in the catalog is yours to read, copy and keep — through the site and through the MCP in your editor. Code that has been copied cannot be returned. For that reason purchases are not refundable.
By completing checkout you ask for that access to start right away and you acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once it does. This is stated at checkout, on the pricing page and here, before you pay — so that nobody buys expecting otherwise.
Before you buy
Judge the product before paying, not after. Every component, section and animation in the catalog is live on this site: you can open it, resize it, switch themes and interact with the real thing on its own page. A number of entries are free with a signed-in account, source code included, so you can paste our code into your project and see how it is written before you spend anything. If something is unclear, ask support@vuesax.com before buying — we would rather answer questions than take money from someone the catalog does not suit.
What we always refund
- Duplicate charges — paid twice for the same plan, whenever it happened.
- Billing errors — charged the wrong amount, or charged after a cancellation that we confirmed.
- Unauthorised payments — a charge you did not make, once verified.
Write to support@vuesax.com with the Stripe receipt number. We answer within 2 business days, and Stripe returns the money to the card within 5–10.
Subscriptions
The annual plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; nothing further is charged. Cancelling does not refund the current period. Lifetime is a single payment and never renews.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have by law. Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase; that right is waived when you agree at checkout to immediate access, which is how Vuesax PRO is delivered. Where a mandatory local law gives you a refund right that cannot be waived, that law applies over this page.
