1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vuesax website, catalog and PRO subscription (the "Service"), operated by Vuesax ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a PRO plan you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your personal MCP key confidential. The same applies to any temporary download link the Service issues to you: those links are personal, expire quickly, and passing one to someone without a licence is a breach of these Terms. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, share keys or links, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
3. PRO plans and payments
PRO is offered as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change, but changes never apply retroactively to an active period or to lifetime purchases.
4. License
Everything the Service gives you access to is licensed, never sold. Accessing an item grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to use it under the terms below. Two kinds of item are covered, and the line between them matters because the rules differ:
- Code assets — the source of the components, sections and animations, whether you take it from the site or through the MCP integration.
- Media assets — the backgrounds: the wallpaper images and their motion versions, in every resolution the Service serves, including the previews shown on the site.
4.1 What you may do with code assets
- Use them in an unlimited number of your own projects, personal or commercial, including client work you deliver as a finished product.
- Modify them freely for use in those projects.
- Use them through the MCP integration in your own development environment.
- Ship them compiled or bundled inside your end product, where they are part of a larger work rather than the product itself.
4.2 What you may do with backgrounds
- Use them as wallpaper on devices you control.
- Use them inside your own projects — as a background, texture or scene element in a site, app, game, video, presentation or printed piece, personal or commercial.
- Modify, crop, recolour or composite them for that use.
The test is simple: the background may be part of what you make. It may not be what you sell or hand out.
4.3 What you may not do with either
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lend or give away any asset, on its own or in a collection — including for free, and including on a site or repository that requires no payment.
- Publish assets as, or as part of, a component catalog, UI kit, template, theme, library, wallpaper pack, wallpaper app, stock listing, NFT, print-on-demand item or asset marketplace entry, or anything else where the asset is the product being offered.
- Build or contribute to a product that competes with the Service using its assets.
- Share your account, MCP key or download links so that people without a license can obtain assets.
- Download in bulk, scrape, automate access, or work around rate limits, the paywall or any other access control.
- Use assets to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning model, or to build a dataset, intended to reproduce the catalog or substitute for it.
- Claim authorship of an asset, or register it — or a work derived from it that is not substantially your own — as your intellectual property.
Removing a watermark, re-encoding, re-exporting, upscaling or otherwise altering an asset does not create a new work for the purposes of these Terms, and does not lift any of the restrictions above.
4.4 Items marked Free
Some items are available without a PRO plan. Free means free of charge, not free of licence: everything in 4.3 applies to them exactly as it does to paid ones. No attribution is required for any item, paid or free.
4.5 Ownership, term and termination
The end products you build are yours. The assets, the catalog and the Service remain ours, along with every right not expressly granted here. Your license lasts as long as your access does — a lifetime purchase included — and terminates immediately if you breach this section. On termination you must stop using and delete the assets. End products you had already shipped in good faith before termination may keep using the assets embedded in them; nothing else survives.
Where a breach cannot be undone by deleting files — a redistributed asset that has already spread, for instance — we may pursue any remedy available to us, and the account concerned may be suspended without refund.
5. Refunds
PRO is delivered immediately and in full: the moment payment clears, the entire catalog's source is available to read, copy and keep. Because copied code cannot be returned, all sales are final and purchases are not refundable. By completing checkout you request that access immediately and accept that any right of withdrawal ends when it starts. Duplicate charges, billing errors and unauthorised payments are always refunded, and mandatory local consumer law applies over this clause where it cannot be waived. See our Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service and the code are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
